Forrest Webber is the Managing Partner of Oak Forest Realty, bringing over 15 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and brokerage. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master's in Real Estate, Forrest has co-developed over $15M in student housing projects near College Station, including a 75-unit condo complex, and successfully built and scaled Wander Media, a digital marketing agency with a 40+ contractor team. He combines his deep foundation in real estate development with data-driven marketing expertise to identify high-value opportunities and structure profitable deals in the Austin market. Forrest specializes in residential development, capital partnerships, and investment acquisitions, with a focus on creating long-term value through disciplined execution and strategic positioning.
